"FeedUp!"

 

Pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Eni Plenitude S.p.A. Benefit Company ("Company" or the "Data Controller") provides below the information regarding the processing of personal data provided by you in order to subscribe to "FeedUp!" ("App") as an employee of the Company, to thank for feedback received from other employees, as well as to be able to participate in an internal contest and win prizes offered by the Company, awarded on the basis of the points won for receiving thanks for feedback sent to your colleagues.

 

  1. Identity and contact details of the data controller
    The data controller is Eni Plenitude S.p.A. Società Benefit, with legal headquarters in Piazza Ezio Vanoni, 1 - 20097 San Donato Milanese (MI), who can be contacted at the ordinary e-mail address privacy@eniplenitude.com.
  1. Contact details of the Data Protection Officer (DPO)
    The Company has designated a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address dpo@eni.com
  1. Categories of personal data
    The personal data processed are those communicated by you in the registration form or within the App, i.e., so-called common, personal, and contact data (name and surname, Company e-mail address), and optional (photo).
    In the App, your personal data (name, surname) associated with your score and ranking will only be displayed by your colleagues if you are among the top ten 'Feedback Champions'.
    Otherwise, your personal data will only be visible in your reserved profile and cannot be viewed by other App users.
  1. Purpose of processing and legal basis for processing
    Your personal data will be processed for the operational management of the App and to allow you to access and use your account, the legal base is your spontaneous registration to the App, as well as participating in an internal competition and winning prizes awarded by the Company based on the score achieved for receiving thanks for feedback sent to your colleagues.
  1. Recipients of personal data
    Your personal data will be processed exclusively by the authorised personnel of the Company, who have been provided with specific instructions on the methods and purposes of the processing.
    Your personal data may be communicated for the purposes outlined above to entities that perform services on behalf of Eni Plenitude, as data processors (e.g., providers of IT services or support and development services).
    Your personal data will not be disclosed in any way, except as provided above and, in any case, within the limits indicated therein.
  1. Period of data retention
    Personal data collected on the App will be retained by the Company until your account is closed and will thereafter be deleted or anonymized unless further retention of some or all the data is required by law.
  1. Rights of data subjects
    As the data subject, you have the following rights over the personal data collected and processed by the Controller for the purposes indicated in point 4:
  • the right of access, in particular by requesting, at any time, confirmation of the existence of your personal data in the Company's archives and the provision of such information in a clear and intelligible manner, as well as the right to know the origin, logic and purpose of processing;
  • the right to obtain the updating and rectification of your data (except for evaluation data), the deletion of superfluous data or its transformation into anonymous form, as well as the blocking of processing and definitive deletion in the event of unlawful processing;
  • where applicable, the restriction of processing and portability of data.
 

The law also grants you the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, should you discover a violation of your rights under the applicable data protection legislation (www.garanteprivacy.it).
